Adrenalina Experience Terms

ADRENALINA EXPERIENCE-DRIVE THROUGH YOUR DREAMS

Cancellation policy

  1. If a cancellation is requested, the deposit will not be refunded but will remain valid for two years for use on another tour.

  2. Cancellations made 61 days or more before departure are free of charge (excluding the fees outlined in point 1).

  3. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% charge of the total experience cost.

  4. Cancellations made within 29 days of departure will result in a 100% charge of the total experience cost.

  5. Any changes to the experience schedule are subject to airline approval and may result in additional flight costs.

Terms of registration and payments

  1. To reserve a vehicle for the experience, the customer must make a €1,500 deposit to Adrenalina. The deposit will be converted to New Israeli Shekels (NIS) based on the highest Euro exchange rate on the date of payment.

  2. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the experience date.

  3. The balance can be divided into up to three interest-free payments.

  4. The primary vehicles provided are Porsche 911/718 convertibles. However, in the event of changes beyond Adrenalina's control, we will make every effort to provide the best available alternative.

Driving Regulations and Responsibilities

  1. Eligibility to Drive: Only individuals over 25 years of age with a minimum of five years of licensed driving experience and a valid international driving permit (attached to the physical license) are permitted to drive.

  2. License Requirements: A physical driving license and an international permit are mandatory. No exceptions or discounts will be provided. Only original physical licenses will be accepted—photos or copies will not be sufficient.

  3. Smoking Restrictions: Smoking inside or near the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught smoking inside a vehicle will be fined €500.

  4. Vehicle Security: The vehicle must be locked, and the roof closed when not in use.

  5. Walkie-Talkie Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the walkie-talkies provided. If lost, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.

  6. Traffic Laws and Fines: Different states have different driving regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to drive carefully and adhere to all local laws. Any fines, penalties, or reports received will be the customer's responsibility, along with any handling fees charged by Porsche.

  7. Personal Belongings: Adrenalina is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  8. Use Outside Experience Hours: Taking the vehicle outside of designated experience hours is not recommended, but the customer is trusted to make a reasonable decision. Any extra kilometers beyond the agreed limit will be charged at a rate of €1 per kilometer.

  9. Vehicle Impoundment: If the vehicle is seized by authorities, the customer will be fully responsible for any costs incurred in securing its release.

  10. Prohibited Driving Conduct: Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Experience Terms and Conduct Guidelines

  2. Early Departure Policy: If a customer leaves the experience before or during its completion, they will remain fully responsible for payment, and no refunds will be provided.

  3. Post-Departure Expenses: Any hotel stays or additional expenses incurred after leaving the experience will be the customer’s sole responsibility.

  4. Vehicle Abandonment: If a customer leaves their vehicle during the experience, they will be responsible for the cost of returning it to the rental station (€2.5 per kilometer).

  5. Behavior Policy: Aggressive or violent behavior will not be tolerated. Any customer engaging in such behavior will be removed from the experience and charged the full cost of the tour.

  6. Supplier Requests: Please do not request extras or upgrades directly from our suppliers, as this may cause operational issues.

  7. Respectful Communication: All communication during the experience must be respectful and tolerant towards staff, fellow participants, and suppliers.

  8. Flight Delays & Missed Flights: If a flight is delayed or missed for reasons not caused by the Adrenalina Team, we will do our best to arrange an alternative. However, if there is a difference in ticket costs, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Vehicle Inspection

1. The vehicle inspection is conducted exclusively by certified personnel authorized by Porsche.Neither Adrenalina nor its representatives are authorized to provide opinions or approve the condition of the vehicle upon its return.

Luggage Policy

1. Luggage Transportation:The luggage of all passengers will be transported by our designated luggage vehicle from hotel to hotel.

2.  Adrenalina is not responsible for passengers' luggage under any circumstances.We strongly recommend purchasing luggage insurance directly from an insurance provider.

3. Luggage Seizure & Border Control:If luggage is seized by law enforcement authorities at border crossings or airports, the customer is fully responsible for any unusual or prohibited items discovered by authorities.The customer must fully cooperate with law enforcement during any investigation.Adrenalina holds no responsibility for any exceptional or restricted items found by authorities in the destination countries.

Insurance and Liability Terms

  • Vehicle Insurance: Every vehicle is covered by body damage insurance. In the event of an accident, the deductible can be up to €2,500.

  • Damage Liability: Any damage caused to the vehicle, regardless of the cause, will be charged up to the deposit amount made at the office. The credit card will be charged after Porsche estimates the repair costs. Once the evaluation is completed, the customer will receive an invoice detailing the estimated repair costs, and the credit card provided as a deposit will be charged accordingly.

  • Additional Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing car expense reimbursement insurance abroad as a supplement to your travel insurance obtained at you country.

  • Personal Equipment Loss: There is no insurance coverage for personal belongings lost during the experience.

  • Interior Damage & Losses: Loss of vehicle parts, internal damage, and fractures will be charged at full deductible.

  • Chassis Damage: Chassis damage is not covered by the insurance, so please drive carefully!

  • Car Theft: In the event of customer negligence, car theft is not covered by the insurance company.

  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited! Any damage caused by smoking will be fully charged to the customer.

  • No Personal Accessories: Do not attach personal accessories inside the vehicle, including on the windshield or body parts.

Trip Guidelines & Responsibilities

  1. Trip Booklet:

  2. Participants will receive a comprehensive trip booklet from Adrenalina, containing detailed trip information, landmarks, and emergency contact numbers.

  3. Participants are responsible for keeping the booklet in good condition and returning it to the company at the end of the trip.

  4. Safe Driving & Compliance:

  5. Safe driving is a top priority, especially in rural and urban areas.

  6. Instructions given by the Adrenalina team must be strictly followed—they are not just recommendations.

  7. Vehicles must follow the lead vehicle along the route unless instructed otherwise by the guide.

  8. Maintaining a safe distance between vehicles is mandatory to prevent any issues during the trip.

  9. The Adrenalina team will provide professional guidance before the trip begins.

  10. Hotel & Attraction Changes:

  11. Hotels, attractions, and maps may change before the trip due to circumstances beyond Adrenalina's control.

  12. Participants will be accommodated in hotels of the same standard, and similar (though not identical) attractions will be provided whenever possible.

  13. Customers acknowledge that attractions may be canceled or delayed due to weather conditions and agree not to file claims or request refunds in such cases.

  14. Transportation & Flight Delays:

  15. Adrenalina is not responsible for any transportation or flight delays, and the customer acknowledges they will not have any claims regarding such delays.

  16. Tour Plan Adjustments:

  17. The tour plan is subject to changes due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond Adrenalina’s control.

  18. The company will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary to the best of its ability.

Vehicle Replacement Policy

  1. Accident or Malfunction Assistance:

  2. In the event of an accident or vehicle malfunction, Adrenalina will provide a replacement vehicle within 24 hours.

  3. However, there is no guarantee that the replacement vehicle will be from the same manufacturer.

  4. Escort Vehicle Protocol:

  5. Until a replacement vehicle is received, the customer will be assigned to the lead escort vehicle for the duration of the trip.

  6. Compensation Policy:

  7. If a replacement vehicle is not available, the customer will receive compensation in accordance with the terms outlined in the catalog provided prior to the trip.

Deposit, Fees & Driving Regulations

  1. A credit card deposit of €2,500 is required (per couple, per card).

  2. In case of lost keys, the customer will be charged €2,500.

  3. A special cleaning fee of €250 will apply.

  4. A late return without a valid reason will result in a fee equal to the daily rental rate plus 50%.

  5. A special delivery service fee of €2.5 per kilometer will be charged for vehicle returns.

  8. Drivers must be over 25 years old with a minimum of five years of driving experience.
