Adrenalina Experience is an international boutique company that offers much more than just driving tours. We create a space where logistical perfection, breathtaking European landscapes, and deep human connections seamlessly intertwine.
Operating in a direct and strategic partnership with the global Porsche manufacturer, we provide our clients with the newest and most advanced fleet of vehicles. However, we believe that true luxury lies in peace of mind and attention to the smallest details: a dedicated luggage vehicle that accompanies the group and smoothly transfers your belongings between hotels, meticulously planned routes, and the highest standards of hospitality. Our Porsche journeys champion elegance and a refined driving culture; they are not intended for "racing" or competition. Out of a deep sense of responsibility for the safety and quality of the experience, the minimum driving age on our journeys is 25.

In accordance with our core values, the company does not operate or conduct journeys on Shabbat and holidays.
CEO and Owner Shay Shalom Yitzchak Hassid
Behind the group of companies (Adrenalina Man in Israel and Adrenalina Experience in Germany) stands Shay Hassid, an entrepreneur and businessman who combines professionalism and broad strategic vision with a genuine love for people. Shay has a financial academic background, holding a BA in Economics and Accounting, and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. However, for him, sports cars and the winding roads of Europe are merely the backdrop for creating life's truly meaningful memories. Shay's managerial approach is built on excellence, integrity, and humility. Believing that the best way to lead is by setting a quiet, personal example, he chooses to keep his and his family's life out of the spotlight, steering clear of ostentation. A strong believer in mutual responsibility, Shay regularly donates to charities and the community, viewing his business endeavors as an opportunity to do good and create genuine human value.
Alongside his extensive international work and a life divided between Europe and Israel, the true and most significant anchor in Shay's life is his family. At the heart of the family unit is his wife, Avishag, the pillar of the home and a lioness of a mother who raises their two sons, Ma'ayan and Yarin, in an inspiring way. Despite the nature of Shay's work, which requires him to be abroad for about seven months a year, Avishag navigates family life with strength, endless dedication, and without a single moment of regret over this challenging choice.
Even though his professional world revolves around super-brands, luxury journeys, and extreme experiences, Shay ensures his personal life is kept entirely private and modest. For him, true success is not measured by a fleet of cars or cross-continental journeys, but by a warm home, the steadfast partnership with his wife, and preserving the family space as a sanctuary of peace, love, and authentic connection.
The true spirit of Adrenalina, which also drives Shay, is most strongly reflected through the value of family. Meir, Shay's father, is not only an inspiration to him but also a partner on this path and an integral part of the active field team. For over six years, Meir has faithfully and dedicatedly accompanied the Porsche journeys. The profound bond between father and son—which includes a tradition of embarking annually on extreme, challenging expeditions to the edges of the world, from the Arctic Circle to snowmobiling—is the emotional foundation upon which the company's expertise in parent-child journeys was built.
The core values that drive him—the pursuit of excellence, out-of-the-box thinking, the burning belief that nothing stands in the way of willpower, and that there is always room to improve—were absorbed from his mother, Ayala. Their deep connection carries over into his professional work as well, with Ayala being an inseparable part of the company and accompanying Shay on at least one journey every year. This family bond, and the presence of his father Meir in the field in particular, symbolize more than anything what Shay seeks to convey to every client: family, mutual respect, and the understanding that the time we spend with our loved ones is the most precious resource we have. Or, as Shay often says on his journeys: 'We must create memories with the people we love before they become a memory themselves.
